What are your services for an event?

We take care of end-to-end activities starting from Invitations till Return Gifts and Return Bags.

Do you take care of Venue Bookings?

Yes, we do suggest Venues and takes care of bookings on behalf of the customer.

Will you provide a dedicated event coordinator or an event manager for all your events?

We provide a dedicated event manager for some of the events based on the scope of work.

Can we meet up for a discussion?

Yes, we shall set up a meeting based on the availability and convenience.

Can we come up with some ideas and suggestions?

Yes, you can provide your own ideas and suggestions

Do you provide your services out of Chennai?

Yes, we do provide services out of Chennai.

Have you hosted events all over Tamilnadu?

Yes, we have hosted events in Salem, Erode, Namakkal, Madurai, Tiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Krishnagiri, Tiruvanamalai, Vellore, Trichy, Dindigul, Virudhunagar, Sivagangai, Tirunelveli, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari, Tuticorin, Villupuram, Theni and many places.

How do I book your services?

Call us at 9884055070 or Whatsapp Chat with us and block your event date. We will discuss the event requirements and send you the quotation through an Whatsapp/Email with the final total cost.

How much should we pay as an advance amount?

50% of the total cost amount should be paid as an Advance Amount and the remaining
50% Balance Amount should be paid soon after the event.

What are your payment methods?

You can pay us through an Online Transfer, Cheque, DD.

How many days in advance should we book your services?

We recommend that you book the event well in advance, probably before a month. Though you miss out to block your date well in advance, we will try our level best to provide our services even for a last day booking, based on the availability. You can call us at any time and enquire further.

Can I add or change my event details after booking?

Yes. To make any changes you can Call or Email or Whatsapp us with your requirements. We will work on it and send you an with the final details.

Do you provide your services for other private events?

Yes, we take care of Baby Shower, Baptism, Sangeet, Engagement, Mehendi, House Warming, Family Get-Together and many more.

How long does an event last?

A typical social event lasts for 4 hours which would be a perfect event duration.

What happens, if I need to postpone the event?

We understand that situations may change, and you might have to postpone the event. In such instance call or email us and we will plan another date with a mutual consent, and we will move your advance amount to your new event date without any extra cost.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

In an unlikely scenario of Event Cancellation, we will refund the Advance after deducting the cost incurred (if any such as Designers / Printers / Artists / Entertainers / etc…) as of the Cancellation date. We do understand that an Event Cancellation might be due to some unforeseen emergency scenarios, and we will do our best to refund either the Full or the Maximum Advance amount received.
